All we ask is that you provide us with the opportunity to audit your full requirements in order to make the maximum saving opportunities.

Our main supply has its own fleet of over 360 vehicles delivering goods across the UK. However, in some cases due to location a carrier service will be used.

We might be a small business, but we are supported by the biggest suppliers in the country who buy directly from the manufacturers at the best possible price. We can’t guarantee we will make savings against every single item you purchase as many suppliers offer lost leaders for short periods of time. That said overall we are confident that we can generate savings of up to 30% against your current supply arrangements, with a host of added advantages.

All buying group members have, in the main, three contacts. A named customer service contact via the Help Desk. Your personal consultant who works with you to produce your cost saving audit. And your personal account manager from the supplier, who will look after your account as and when required. You can decide who you deal with directly once your account is live on the system and all prices have been agreed and loaded against your account.

Turn the clock back to pre-covid and we would have been able to negotiate a price freeze for up to 12 months on average for our members.  Today’s market is different in many ways largely due to the conflict in eastern Europe affecting the cost of paper pulp and other commodities.

By becoming a buying group member, we are viewed by our suppliers as a single large entity, our collective purchasing power is viewed in the same way as a large FSTM company. Our price model is based on a cost up principle against each item our members purchase, not a discount off an inflated retails price, that is why our audit process is so important to all concerned to obtain the best possible price the first time round.

Prices are guaranteed in the main for 3-months, however, that doesn’t mean after 90 days all your prices increase. All the suppliers understandable request is the option to review prices in the event of the manufacturers increasing prices due to some of the reasons already explained. In that case documentary evidence would be available from the manufacture if required.  

Switch Direct welcomes all sizes of business to the buying group, there is no restriction in relation to size of business.

All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT.

Depending on your individual company requirements an optional contract directly with the supply might be required. This would be more to confirm a particular service requirement such as print or the purchasing of bespoke products specifically for your company. Any such requirements would be discussed by your personal consultant, prior to go-live during to audit process.
