We will compile your information into an Excel spreadsheet, which will be ready for discussion within three days. During this audit, we identify cost savings on identical products and recommend alternative options for greater savings. Your account application will be processed by our supplier within ten working days, including setting up new account pricing and any special requirements.
Upon agreement to proceed, we’ll set up credit facilities and open an account through our online ordering portal already set up with your agreed prices. With us you have the option of up to 60 days of credit via a consolidated month-end invoice, or a standard 30-day term, whichever fits your business best. You’ll also have access to our credit control and customisable invoicing, with a dedicated accounts team member as your direct contact for all account matters.
Before the initial trial go-live period, we will guide you through our agreed procedures. This includes providing direct contact information for your HelpDesk, confirming your delivery schedule and any special instructions, discussing invoice frequency and parameters, your preferred order method, and any special packaging or waste requirements. This ensures everything runs smoothly and that your purchasing team is fully satisfied
